89 Iroc to 88 Iroc
Got a wrecked 89 5.7 Iroc and a piece of **** 88 iroc, i wanted to know what parts do i need or what is it gonna take to swap both of the engines out!?

Swapping longblocks - i.e., detach everything from the engine and put it back on the other engine - would be the simplest.
There aren't enough differences between the two engines to make it worth doing any more than that. Assuming they're both 5.7's, that is (you weren't specific).

Yeah both of them are 5.7, my 89 has VATS and my 88 doesnt, the 89 has only 8 injectors, and my 88 has the cold start injector
