Fuel Pump TPI TBI Question?
I had some questions about the swap i am doing to my car. I am swapping the fuel pump out because of a tbi to tpi swap. I have the fuel pump from the TPI car but there is this thing that was attached to it, (Should i reattached it or just put a hose on it like the tbi was?) Also what screen should i go with. There is two difference between the both? One is in the middle and one is on the side. Which one?

Re: Fuel Pump TPI TBI Question?
Pic 1 is a fuel pulsator to try to quiet the noise of the high pressure pump. Its up to you if you want to install it or not. Most of us just remove it and put some high-pressure fuel line in its place. Make sure you use high-pressure fuel line.
The location of the hole for the screen doesnt matter. Just put a new one on it with the pump.
