Need help decoding block numbers
Hello, a friend of mine recently purchased a 1928 Chevy Coupe, it has a small block chevy mystery engine. He is considering upgrading the engine and I might be interested depending what it is.
Due to the setback of the engine I could not get the casting numbers off the top of the bellhousing.
I got the numbers stamped in the block just in front of the passanger side head, hopefully someone can tell me what they mean.

Thanks in advance.

C61124175
Last part of the original vehicle's VIN number
K1121TYZ
K = St. Catherines, Ontario assembly plant (The engine was made in Canada)
1121 = Nov 21
TYZ = 1975 350. 165 HP, 4bbl. Conventional cab pickup truck.
It's probably an 010 casting 4 bolt block.
