will everything............
bolt onto a 350 from a 305? im taking out my 305 and puttin in a 78 350... like is the fuel pump, and all the accessories a direct fit? also where are the bellhousing bolts at? thanks

Everything will fit, but the dipstick will be on the driver's side and the tube gets in the way of the stock exhaust manifold.
The bellhousing bolts are on the bellhousing. (okay, okay, that's the back of the engine block)

I've done it both ways. Pulling the engine alone is slightly easier than maneuvering the engine/transmission (mostly an issue with the reach of the typical engine hoist and our long-nosed cars, and getting a tilt sling to work {back of the tilt sling hits the cowl}). Unbolting what you need to unbolt is easier pulling engine/trans together.
