2.8L MPFI to 1970 sbc swap
Hey i need to know a few things.... any input is greatly appreciated. I have an 86 camaro with a 2.8 (fuel injected) in it.. i would like to put a 350 that came from a nova in it.. would the engine side of the motor mount bolt up to the chassis side of a v8 camaro mount. could i use the power steering unit from the nova??? what is the easiest way to control the fuel pressure? i would like to leave the electric fuel pump in but switching to a mechanical pump would do as well. i really dont want to drop the fuel tank..... any suggestions... Could i bolt up a turbo350 trans with a 6" tailstock without switching driveshafts??? if not could i use the 700r ... thanks for your help..

By chance did you read the V6 to V8 sticky in the top section of this forum? That'll get you started at least.
The Carburetor forum has info about using the in-tank electric pump with a carb. Search there for the basics.
