hey guys ive had my 90 rs for 5 months and the 305 is tired and its time to get a new motor im thinkin 355 i want a car that gets decent MPG and still have a choppy idle i have a cam from summit its 488 lift i forgot the rest of the specs , do any of you have the same setup whats ure mpg numbers ? another question will my serpentine setup bolt on to the 350 block ? and will i have to buy a looser converter right now i have stock rear with 273 gears stock 700r4 trans i can do other mods as funds allow but i need to start now before work gets busy y

Are you thinking you'll keep the TBI? Choppy idle and TBI don't play nice together. Even the increase in displacement will likely necessitate PROM retuning.

The stock TBI exhaust is pretty bad. Figure on replacing everything from engine to rear bumper.
