can I run lt1 tank/pump on tbi car?
can I run lt1 tank/pump on tbi car?
I have got a tbi car that will later be a lt1 swap or maybe a lsx? I need to swap the pump because its dead...my question is since I plan on later doing a swap can I get away with swapping the complete tank and fuel pump assembly (from a 95lt1 car)? I did alot of search before asking this however i could never get a straight answer...This is a bone stock tbi car with stock fp regulator on it..I would presume I need to replace the fuel line in the back to some FI's? but will it work w/o jacking everything up? My friend has offerend the tank so it would be a good time if it works..
I hate working on the fuel tank....intank fuel pumps suck..
anyways thanks for any and all help...

It can be done. I'm not sure there's any advantage to replacing the whole tank, though. Why not a replacement like a Walbro 255? It'll handle any of those configurations.
