Custom 92 V6 Build

Whats going on everybody this is my first ever build and i have a lot of questions. i have a stock 92 V6 Camaro and i was originally going to build an LT1 in it but now im not so sure what i want. im looking to run about 11 seconds on the track with full interior and body panels but stay drivable on the streets. is the LT1 350 the best way to go or is there a better fit for what i want?? A lot of people say to go with a 383 stroker but im not sure. is that still an LT1? I know its probably a dumb question but like i said this is my first ever build so if anyone can help me out that would be awesome.

You can put a 3.75" stroke crank in a .030"-over LT1 block and have a 383 LT1.

A 6.0l LQ4 or LQ9 with LS6 intake, f-body oil pan and accessories, headers, perhaps cam, appropriate tune, would run 11's and still purr on the street.

It doesn't sound like you have the LT1 yet.

You can get either a LT1/T56 manual or LT1/4L60E automatic take-out. Pull the engine apart, do the stroker thing, put the engine & transmission back together and install it using the LT1 swap sticky guidelines.
