Carb to TPI/TBI?
Carb to TPI/TBI?
Hi I am new to this, and was wondering how difficult or possible it would be to pull a carbeurated 305 from my 1982 firebird and drop in a newer(1993+) TBI/TPI engine from a camaro or firebird, I am doing so because I want to keep the power but increase MPG slightly, I love my car but have more city driving to do now, please any info would be really helpful thanks

Welcome aboard thirdgen.org.
'93-'97 f-body V8's were LT1's, not TBI or TPI. Likewise, '98-'02 were LS1.
Good swaps, see the stickies in the top section of this forum for details on them.
