Hesitation

Hi everyone...I was wondering if you could help...I did a 2.8, 3.4 conversion on my 89 firebird...and now it hesitats when the engine is warm...it wants to cut out everytime I give it gas...until about a certain speed...then it runs better...anybody know what that could be?
