Which is the better block the 400-2bolt or 400-4bolt for power and torq

Same power and torque.

The 2-bolt block (those are the later ones) have a little more metal in the main journal webbing, and therefore are slightly stronger than the early 4-bolt blocks. The strongest convenient junkyard setup is a 2-bolt block with aftermarket splayed 4-bolt caps installed, such as Milodon.
