383 build

Ok, after some even further research on this build up I have decided not to do it(see "New old Idea...327". Problems with it bolting up to the T-56 and then whole problem of trying to get 350hp out of it on a student budget. Ok so lets see what comes up with a 383 buildup, ok the 383 is 350 block with a 400 crank right? So if I bought a 400 crank I should have a 383 or is bored some?? What is it gonna cost just to get the 350 to a 383? Any snags along the way? I can work from there to see if I can do it. i would still like to doa 327 but too much money to build up. It might still happen but who knows right...
