I just completed an engine swap in my 89 gta I used my stock block and built a 383 w afr 190 heads 6" rods a comp "custom ground " cam I have the specs somewhere! and of course i kept my tpi although very modified . to get to the point i am down to the wiring harness and since i did not take the engine out im flyin blind. I need to know the location of the sensoers and sending units that are in the block . I have fiured out most of them but the oil pressure sending unit at the back of e block and the one above the oil filter /cooler asssembly . dealership is even confused by them they are showing a different part but the computer is giving same part # Any help is much appreciated thanx !!!

I'm a little confused but, your best bet is to lay the wiring harness in the engine compatment and all the connections should be really close their respective sensors and what not.
