swaping a 305TPI for a 350TPI

Engine: 305 TPI
Transmission: 700R4
swaping a 305TPI for a 350TPI
What are the differences? The 305 is in my 86 trans am and the 350 is out of a 88 formula. What problems would I be facing such as different sensor, changes in the wiring harness. What exaclty is different between the two cars?
