If removed, you can fail visual inspection, so you have to find the lazy *** inspection guy that wont pop the hood.

No one does a visual in NC on a $13 safety ispection, and no car made prior to 1996 has to have an emissions inspection.

I get it - I just am not concerned over it. They'll have to pry keys from my cold dead fingers!

I'll gladly take a sniff test anyday, and gladly tune to pass if I don't already - but you are not taking away my carb!
