L03 to carbed 350 questions

I am thinking about building a 350 for my 91 RS. I want around 400 hp and would like to use a carb for simplicity reasons. Can someone please explain any problems I might have if I go ahead and do this swap. Any info would be greatly apreciated.
Thanks
Adam

Without the computer, the TCC (if auto) will not lock up. Watch things like one-piece (what you have) vs. two-piece rear main seal (pre-'85 or so); straight or angled center two intake manifold bolts ('86-earlier or '87-later, respectively - except Vette). Exhaust must be upgraded - headers preferred, cat & cat back should be 3" at least, or dual cats w/3" cat-back. You'll need to regulate the fuel pressure down (3-port will work nicely and retain a return to the tank), or the in-tank should be removed and a good mechanical put on the engine. Be careful about what wiring you remove - understand what it does before you cut it. Your throttle, TV (if auto), and cruise cables will need to be changed out.

If you have to pass emissions inspection (and perhaps even just a sniffer test), forget the whole thing.
