I dont need the smog equipment where I live. For a 92 305 tpi I was wondering if I could take any of it off withought the computer goin crazy?

 

You may not have to have it for local emissions testing but the federal govt requires that it be on your car if it originally came with it. I have removed mine-cat,smog pump, and egr but also have a non comp controlled carb and dist. I am not sure though on the later models what the computer controls so it might through codes at you left and right.
