Swapping for 350 in a digital dash Berlinetta
Greetings friends,
I recently blew a head gasket in my 1985 Berlinetta which gives me the wonderful excuse to pull the garbage LG4 and replace it with a the superior 350 motor. Since the current configuration of the car is that of a computer-controlled carburetor, I am worried that a motor with higher displacement will not run on the current computer. Is there any way that I can replace the computer without losing my digital dash? I'd like to avoid prom burning or anything highly technical as far as the computer goes. If anyone one of you has completed a project like this with the digital dash before, I'd be very appreciative of any advice you have to offer, even if the solution is something as simple as a carb adjustment, or a viable computer replacement that I'm just not aware of.
Thanks in advance.

The computer controlled carb does fine with more displacement as long as you don't go wild on cam overlap.
See my vBGarage (Berlinetta #1).
