Hello everybody I just wanted to see if i understand the V6 to V8 swap. Ok first i have 2 Firebirds one is a 1992 with a 305 in it the other is a 86 with a v6 that is knocking. I bought the 92 for $250 as a project car it had been in a wreck and needs a lot of work. The 86 i found in craigslist while looking for parts for the 92 i looked at it and it id in great condition outside and the inside is also great so i figured i would just swap the motor and tranny from my 92 in to the 86. i paid $800 for the 86 and didn't even look at the motor when i bought it he told me it was knocking but i didn't care cause i had a good motor in my 92. when i got it home i discovered it had the V6 in it. which is fine because i have a donor car so no big deal. so i just want to make sure i understand what has to be changed.
1 engine (motor mounts)
2 tranny
3 ecu
4 radiator
5 front coil springs
6 fule pump or a pressure regulator
Not sure about haw to add a pressure regulator
7 tak resistance needs changed

i know its a little more complicated than that but i just want to make sure i am not forgetting any major things
