LT1 swap with supercharger
For all of you guys that have done the LT1 swap, have any of you thought of super or turbocharging the motor. Would kits for the 4th gen camaros fit in thirdgens? Any help or insight would be appreciated.

From what I was looking at there is an ATI kit without an intercooler, since the 4th gen piping wouldnt work it would be a waste to buy, get that kit and an intercooler and fab the piping and its pretty much that easy, the way they mount it looks like it will fit, im currently looking into the turbo setup... let ya know how that goes later.

Hi there,
Sorry to bother Z28racer but I thought I'd seen you post previously on these boards that the ATI procharger kit would hit the power steering box on our 3rd gens. Is there new info we should know about? Also, would the same apply to the LS1 swaps? I believe the LT1 charger mounts low on the driver side on an included bracket and the LS1 charger mounts on a setup that actually extends from the alternator bracket which is already mounted low on the driver side. Can you shed some light?
