Do you have to go through emissions testing or inspection? If so, this isn't a very good choice for your conversion.
The biggest work will be in the V6 to V8 change. You haven't even started the list of things that need to be changed, though.
But, to answer your question:
Power steering pump - yes, but the brackets and hoses have to be changed.
Alternator - no, and the brackets are different.
Starter - no way.
Coil - depends upon what you've got, but probably no. The Deluxe comes with distributor w/coil, anyway (but you won't be getting that if you answered "yes" to my first question).
The V6 to V8 conversion is discussed often. Look through posts on this forum for the last month or so, it'll be covered in detail.

ok, i just found out, i dont need to go through emissions testing in my county, what a relief, (wipes forehead)
so the alternator wont bolt up, ugh
oh well, i can buy a new one, so i will need PS pump brackets, new starter, alternator, radiator, brake line, motor mounts, hoses,
what do i do with my charcoal canister?
and how do i hook up my vaccuum operated accessories?
and what do i need to wire?
here's what i think: negative to engine block, positive to starter,
what goes to the coil??
i'll need a new tach also, but thats just a plug in item, as i understand
i know this may seem foolish to do such a swap, but i will have the money (i'm about a 1/4 of the way saved) and the car has a great senitmental value
thanx for all your help!!!!!

The best source for all of these parts is a complete factory V8 car, even if you don't use the engine from it.
The wiring will be much simplified if you don't go with an emissions-legal setup: ignition switched power to the positive HEI terminal, current tach wire to the tach terminal, switched power to the electric choke, same but lengthened wires to the alternator (will be correct length if you go with the suggested donor car).
What tranny are you going to use? Your V6 tranny won't bolt up the the 350.
It's good you said something about the car's sentimental value. Otherwise I'd have to go through the list of reasons not to do this.

yeah, i know this will cost me some $$$, but honestly, to me, its worth every penny, becuz once i get the new engine in, i will practically have a brand new car, becuz i already did so much to it, and i love the cars styling, so to have one that will perform, and be reliable, will be worth the $4000 that this swap will cost me to do
but anyways, you might not like me for this, but since i have a T5 tranny, i can use it,
BUT its only temporalily, until i can save another $2000 to put a T56 in
i know 100% that i will blow it if i beat on it, but its only temporary
to be honest with you, i was just about to buy a 1991 corvette, i had all the paperwork ready, until i got an insurance quote of $7000 a year, and all i have are 2 points on my record, so i was like forget that, the camaro is getting a 350
i basically understand what will need to be done and what i will need to replace
i forgot to mention the fuel pressure regulator, i need one of these also
