well if you're not the cam expert, then i think i will stick with my original cam, since that is the one that Attilla the fun suggested i use. Plus it comes with the lifters and timing chain.

Now the only thing left to decide on is distributers.
I want mechanical right? Not vaccum advance.
And I think non computer controlled correct?

1: do i need an ignition box?
2: vacuum advance or mechanical?

2: vacuum advance or mechanical? Driving on the street vacuum would be best.
3: computer controlled or not? Depends on the ECM you use.
4: HEI or not? That is something that depends on the distributor you buy.

Nearly all vacuum-advance distributors include a mechanical advance. But the opposite doesn't hold. So get the vacuum advance.
