ls1 or 350tpi rebuild
hey guy i was just wondering what you guys think is better an ls1 swap or rebuild the 350tpi n modify it. thanx

We can't make that call for you. It depends upon goals and budget, which are your call.
With a healthy budget, no doubt the LS1 will make more power while retaining very good efficiency.
But, if your budget is say, $2000, you aren't going to get and install an LS1 for that. If you just want a nice running car, going through all the work of an LS1 swap is hard to justify.
When you say "rebuild", does that mean your 350 is worn beyond serviceability? Or, are you meaning put better parts in it for it to make more power?
There is, of course, a cross-over or break-even point. For $6k or so, you can have an LS1 that will run very well. $6k spent on upgrading an L98 will also get you a very nice running car, but then you'll start degrading its economy.
So, answer the two questions above, then we'll go from there.

right know i have $3500, and when i say rebuild is because is worn beyond seviceability and want to put more parts to make more power. thanx
