Engine: 350TPI
Transmission: 700R4 lookin for shift kit
Axle/Gears: 3.23???
400 SBC or LT1?????

Im stuck between the two, both are rebuilt. but stock rebuilt.... I need some advise, what do you guys think... I want it to be fast and I heard with LT1 you can put a huge cam with it...

I have a 86 z28 305 tpi, so will anything need to be changed, fuel pump ect...

If you look in the LTx/LSx section, you'll find alot of information on what needs to be done to put an LT1 or LSx based motor in a 3rd gen.
