355 build

hey guys im in the middle of building a 355 to go into my firebird and i feel like my desktop dyno is being very generous in the hp and tq ratings and i wanted to see what you guys thought. According to the dyno my motor will be making

564hp @ 7k
483tq @ 5500

now as far as whats going into the motor:
Dart Iron Eagle Platinum Heads 200cc runners 64cc chamber (got the flow numbers from dart)
Lunati 60113 cam (suggested by lunati)
Flattop piston -5cc
Dart single Plane high flow intake
holly 750 carb

what do you guys think?

Lunati says 6400 RPMs, not 7000.

DD is usually a little generous.
