If you have the correct '89 350 TPI prom for the engine you don't need the CSI.( cold start fueling is built into the program )
Can just leave injector in place to fill the hole or buy fancy blocking plug
If you have a prom for '86 - '88 350 then CSI will still be needed so hook up wiring to it

ok yeah the motor has the PCM the 1989 L98 350 TPI i think i just rather block it off....ill remember that .030 bore so wen i rebiuld it ill let the machinest know....how about the clips on the connectors for example on the distributer it has a conector that has a clip and ur supposed to lift the clip just enough to unplug it well thatlittle clip broke the connection is still good just the clip broke cause its old and britle can u swap a new clip and splice it from the wiring harness of the 1989?

The machinist will let you know what he can do.
30 over is std re-bore anyway for virgin blocks
But if your motor has been bored before or has too much wear you may have to go 40 or even 60 over to clean it up
