350 build questions
I will be pulling the 305 out of my Trans Am pretty soon and building a 350. Ive got some questions about a combo. I just want something with around 300hp that will run on pump gas. Lets say Im starting with a bare block.
1. What heads? Im thinking vortec?
2. What intake?
3. What carb?
4. What cam?
5. Any and all suggestions
Any and all info will be greatly appreciated!

Re: 350 build questions
Only part I can help you with is
1) carb - we discussed in another thread that you need to keep your factory computer controlled carb, and
2) intake - the Edelbrock Performer RPM or the Edelbrock Air Gap RPM are very popular nice intakes that should work fine with your factory carb.
But others will chime in with maybe better intake advise.
