i wanted to rebuild my l98 5.7l and put some lloyd elliot heads & cam combo with a hsr. The thing is that it will run me about the same money to do a new shortblock thats all ready with forged pistons and cam for a little more amount. I just need to know if anyone knows a good shop with a good shortblock that fits my 1992 camaro and a 700r4 trans. Thats the only reason im staying with a l98 because i had a trans from pro built auto and i dont want to make the trans go to waist. Thanks for any help
