What a good year for the 350 1990 and earlier
Blew up my 305 I just finished 3 months ago while racing with some friends at a local place I had my friends 2005 vette by 2 lengths when I either threw a rod or spun the bearing was revving way past redline
Also what parts could be swap from 305 to 350 like roller cam and lifter and rockers and headers
Thanks in advanced

Seems fishy to me. I repeatedly had my '91 LO3 to 6200, stock, with no problems. I was never anywhere near running with any L98 or LS1, either. You want an '87-up 350. Forget pre-'87.

Remember it's 90% the driver and 10% the car that wins races plus I was revving way over 6500 more like 7300 to the point of total breakdown

Not believing it. Stock rods won't do that, even if you did change the heads, intake, exhaust and valve springs. And no matter how well you drive, the LO3 can't leave an L98 or LS1. I know, I got a heck of a jump on a '99 Z28 SS at a light , he still had me within 1/8 mile. I was running a Flowmaster and 3.42:1 gears and a better air cleaner with custom CAI, and a shift kit by then. This forum is no place to claim the impossible, you will get called out.

Nascars rev at 8500-10k. thers no way a 305 would be able to do 73... and all Nascars have are 358's but ther heavily modified to be able to handle that. best of luck anyway to your blown up engine
