I found this 350 for my car. Don't know what it is.
Anybody know anything about it? it says hencho de Mexico and cast number GM 10066036. it's blue and the guy wants $50 for it. Just the 350 block and crankshaft. Anybody have any info on it?

It was a Targetmaster... the cheeeepest of the cheeeeeeeeeeep that GM sells, intended for phone company vans and such.
Not sure what "info" you think there might be... it has a 4" bore, fits Chevy small block heads and whatnot, that's about all there is. RH dispstick if memory serves.
Perfectly fine for the application at hand. Same as any other block. The crank, maybe not so much; OK but really minimal, yerbasic stock cast crank.

If the block OR crank is usable, then $50 is a good price. Though to be honest, I won't build another 2 piece flat tappet motor again. 1 piece roller blocks from now on for me.

Block is like new and the crank is like new. it's a 4 bolt. But i think I'm gonna pass because it's a hour away from me
