floor cover plate?

floor cover plate?
I bought a car to do a 5.3 4l60e swap to but the car is a manual car. Is there a plate I can buy to cover the hole in the floor where the shifter the to be. Also do the guages from the 91 and 92 camaros fit in the 86 camaro with no problem so I can have electric speedo? Thanks in advance.
