Not the ECM, proper; but it will run A WHOLE LOT better, if you change the chip.
Get a set of 350 TBI injectors, knock sensor, ESC module, and chip; and you will essentially duplicate the 350 control system.

Just to clarify, the chip needs to come from a B-body with the 350. Truck PCMs are different from 3rd gen ECMs. The rest can come from trucks or cars
