Seeking the experts help with 355 blown or 383

So some people might remember that I asked for advice whether to buy a 90 GTA with an idle problem...well I took a gamble and bought it. I got quite the steal. $4000 for a 90 GTA, 355 with well over 15K into the motor. But then sad things happened and I heard a nasty knocking coming from the lower end of the engine. Just so happens that it died at my friends place and we tore it down and rebuilt it. Whoever was the last one in there should have been ashamed! torques were so off im surprised it lasted as long as it did.. But! everything looked great, no damage to cylinder walls (still had cross hatching) and no parts needed immediate replacement. And apart from a mild idle problem (which i believe is tuning issue) I haven't had an issue since. Well now I'm in Okinawa serving a tour over here and my car is at my dads and would like to put some more power into it, and would like some opinions.

Goals:: Reuse as much as I can, and have a fun street/ light racing vehicle.
Ultimate question after I list parts, is which is the better price per performance way to go? Forced induction or Stroker?

Engine::
4 Bolt - 1 piece main (cast numbers put the block as one out of a truck)
350 SBC bored .030 over
Speed-pro Hypereutectic aluminum flat top pistons
TPIS flat tappet hydraulic camshaft (duration 280 280, duration at .050 224 224, gross lift .495 .495, lobe sep 112)
TPIS/AFR ported/polished heads (190cc intake runner volume and high velocity ports, 2.020 intake valve size with 1.600 exhaust and 58cc chamber)
Accel Super-Ram intake
Holly 52mm TB
10 bolt rear w/3.27 gears, posi trac rear end and aluminum driveshaft.
Headers/exhaust/Hotchkis suspension/Holly In-tank fuel pump 255lph

I've been trying to educate myself with the ins and outs for what I would need to accomplish in order to either force induct or stroke. But I could alway use the help of the masters. I read a few posts talking about clearance for the stroker kits, and forged internals for the boost. The car at one point was boosted.. 6psi I believe it was an accell kit. ( Funny story my neighbor here in okinawa actually new the guy who owned my car, that did all the mods back in Florida) So I hope I can get some good opinions, and great guidance. I'm sorry no one hasn't posted on here. I think you will have to decide on either force induction or stroker, or forced induction stroker. It all depends on what you want out of the car as far as HP is concerned. When you start getting up over 400 HP, your 10 bolt rear is going to suffer or explode. And also depending on what trans. you have, that won't last long either. T5, T56, Auto? So, the bottom line is, figure out a goal for HP and work out a plan from there. Lots money is HP. Thanks for the reply red, I've been trying to think about how I want to go about it. But if I do it, it will be done right. My thought process is: since I have to replace some of the rotating assembly due to the parts not being forged, I might as well turn it into a stroker. I emailed a company asking about a kit I should look at with the capability of boosting, but that could also go N/A for a time being. But they never got back to me. But I also want to make sure what is done with the engine already can be reused. Like Will those heads work with a larger engine and boost and so forth. If I need to upgrade things then I'll just have to wait till I get everything together.

STROKER STROKER STROKER!!!! I have a stroker and love it. I thought the biggest hassle was assembling the lower end to mark block for clearances and then having to take it back apart, machine it, clean it and re-pete a few times till you get it just right. If your not doing the work, this is where most of the money comes from, and balancing everything, when building a stroker. Eagle makes a nice rotating assembly ive herd. If you are keeping it under 500hp and 6000 rpm, a cast crank will be fine. You have selected great pistons. Why not use a hyd roller cam? I have a Z409 from TPIS and I love it. I went with Dart heads. Those AFR are bad as$ tho!!

I think if you're going to force induct, you will need bigger heads and get rid of the TPI altogether. Our rev limiter is set to 6800 not that it will ever get there im.going to have her play with shift points for sure! And yes it will be dynoed very soon...I just gotta find out HOW to data log lol I'm not seeing it with the Holley stuff i have...its confusing lol
