No. Your 88 model flex plate is for a 1-piece-rear-main-seal crank, but thate motor is a 2-piece RMS.
The 350's flex plate probab'y won't work either, because it's almost certainly the 14" 168-tooth variety. You probably need the 153-tooth 12¾" flavor.
It might be possible to use the larger flex plate, if you change the starter to the appropriate one. This interferes with some wxhaust systems on these cars though, because the center of the starter is 5/8" farther out, plus the starter is larger. But it could conceivably happen.
The sure thing is to get the right flex plate, though. Get the one for a 82-85 305.
