I'm swapping out my tired 305 and replacing with a turn-key carbed GM 350/385hp crate engine. What would be the appropriate removal/installation cost? I just want to have a fair idea of the labor costs involved. And if anyone knows any reputable shops in or near Sarasota/Tampa, Florida or surrounding areas please do share. Thank you all.

IF all they are doing is swapping the motors maybe $8-1000 if they are redoing all the wiring, fuel system and tuning the carb so that motor actually makes 385hp then $2-2500. Guessing at $100 per hour labor
