1988 IROC-Z with 350 Air Gap?

I just bought an '88 IROC-Z with a blown up 305 in it. I have a 350 with an Edelbrock Air Gap intake laying around that I as going to swap into it, and was wondering if it was possible to fit that under the hood of the stock IROC hood. I have a sneaking suspicion that I cannot, so if that is the case, what would be my best course of action? Thanks.

It will fit, but it's tight. It really depends more on what you're putting on top of the intake and how much of a drop base you can use. I have the Holley Terminator EFI, a drop down filter base, 2 inch filter, and K&N XStream Air Flow Top filter.
