1990 Firebird 305 TPI swap

I’m looking to add some power to my 1990 Pontiac Firebird. Currently have a 305 TPI in her. Looking for some options that you anyone may suggest

Any suggestion would be budget-dependent; What is yours?

If you're looking for opinions, mine is that if you've got that much $$$ to put into an engine, don't put into into a 305. Instead either build a 383 or possibly even a salvage yard LS swap.

That budget is good for either a built sbc or ls swap. Sbc has the advantage of being able pick and choose accessories you already have depending on how much you want to change your car. Ls is a superior platform in many regards, but you won't be able to reuse as many parts which may or may not be a factor for you.
