Engine: 305 tbi
Transmission: 5spd manual
86 z28 engine swap
I have 2 camaro an 86 z28 with a carbureted engine and a 90 rs with 305 tbi. The 86 has a bad engine and i want to put the 305 from the 90 into it. Will I have to change the entire harness and computer to the 86?

No. Just put the 86 carb on the 90 engine and use the 86 stuff.
You'll need either a new intake manifold (some of the bolts that hold it to the heads are at a different angle) or do some adaptation. I'd recommend just swapping the intake. You'll need one about like this. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/edl-3706
