Difficulty....

Right now i have a pontiac firebird, 1988 with a 2.8Liter MPFI engine. I understand all that needs to be done to install a 305 block or a 350 block into the car, and am willing to do it. Question is... Can i take the engine block and transmission from a Camaro, and if so, whats different and how much harder is it to install into my car then a pontiac engine/tranny. Thanks

Yeah. The late model Camaros and Firebirds are the same in almost all respects (except, of course, appearance). They share engines, trannies, rear-ends, chassis, etc. Just find a junked L98 donor car and start swapping stuff.
