Can it be done
Does anyone know if you can swap a LS6 engine from the new Corvette Z06?? And can you swap the computers also??

Sure can... But expensive as all heII. I talked to a local vette shop here about putting the LT1 in my car and the guy was trying to talk me into the LS6, but 10k just for the block is a bit too high for my blood. 10k is my cost for the whole drivetrain project, not for the block 
Just build up an LT1 and be done with it
