hey guys i finnally got a 350 to go in place of my 305TBI well this is wut i have found out about it-
2-bolt mains
1-peice rear main seal
edelbrock performer rpm intake - never used
edelbrock 750cfm mech. choke- in box never used
s/r torqour heads-2.02/1.60 valves- they don't looke even ran
it has a big cam in it but i am not sure of exact specs but i will know when i take it out.
bored .30 over with all new freeze plugs and rings
new rockers,lifters,pushrods,cam/crank bearings
new oil pump
7qt. oil pan and stock oil pan
edelbrock signiture series valve covers and a chrome timing cover that says chevy.
all gaskets needed to rebuild
oh yea and an engine stand

well how do u guys think i did for 500 bucks? i figure i got a deal cause the heads alone are worth that then a new carb is wut 300 and the intake another 150. and the best part is it was cast on sept.14 1987 so i don't need to get a diff flywheel. man if this was a 4-bolt block it would be the best deal ever but 2-bolt is all i need. well i am just excited so i wunted to tell sum1 lol let me know wut u think

 

Sounds like a heck of a good deal. Someone ran out of time for their engine build project and needed $500 dollars quick or did some guy run off and his ex sold you his parts cheap

actually its even better then that. i got it from this kids father who said it has been sittin for a year because his son got locked up and is never gettin out. lol so i guess if he does get out hes gonna come after me lol. oh and by the way i took a head off today and realized it was bored .060 over witch is no big deal and that the pistons are brand new.
