'91 Camaro ground effects material
Hi, I have problem with my rear quarter ground effects and I need to find the name of material it's made of. I heard it could be fiberglass but it's too flexible but not like urethane. On the reverse side I found some details but nothing helps.

MAT GMP L/P <---- material name? "GMP"
I have some cracks and I need to repair it. Im not a fan of using fiberglass mats and glue. I was looking for welding techniques but I don't know the name of material or it's type. Please help!
