Headers/Catback

Hey

I am planning on doing exhaust mods to my car. I have a 1985 IROC Z and I only see the good brand stuff comes only for 1986-1992. Whats goin on there. I am wondering if the 1986 and up stuff will fit on my 1985....What are u other guys with 1985 IROCs running for exhaut.

Thanks alot

P.S - By how much will headers and catback improve my ETs. I was thinking around .4 to .6 seconds.

I don't have any recent 1/4 mile times. I hope to have them within the next month. I am waiting until I get my headers installed. I can tell you that the sound is awesome.(loud and deep) It is the best sounding exhaust I have heard. I like it better than flowmaster. I had a flowmaster before the RT and it didn't sound as good. But the car has a lot more pull with the RT than the Flowmaster. Now that I have had both, Flowmaster sucks. It is too restrictive. It sounds good and it is cheap. That is why it is so popular. If you want sound and performance, Random Tech is the way to go.
