quick question about hooker headers.
I noticed that the hooker headers part #520-2005 are for 86 and newer fbodies. I just would like to know if they would bolt on the my 85 without any modification. I know I have got the four bolt cat but that would be easy to take car of. All you would have to do is make the four bolt cat a slip on for the y-pipe.

Do you mean 2055? They have 2052's for '83-'85 HO, and 2055's for '86-'90 TPI (see http://www.holley.com/HiOctn/ProdLin.../SCEmissn.html).
Not sure what size the cat inlet would be if you cut off the 4-bolt flange, but a direct-fit cat for '86-'90 TPI single is the way to go (take that from someone who didn't). That works well with the 2055's and a 3" cat-back.
The 2052's have a 2-1/2" connection to the cat. You're better off with the 2055's, performance-wise, even if you have to get another cat.
