Installation Time on Hedman Headers?

I'm ordering the Hedman Headers from Jegs for $310. I was wondering how long it takes to install these and if all the necessary parts are included. Thanks

Don't make any other plans that day.

We hit a couple snags with mine, I missed work and was late for a final. If everything went well, we coulda probably did it in 4-5 hours. Heres the problems I had, just so you know:

1. Needed 90 degree plug wires, the stright boot ones didn't fit. Had to run to advanced and spend $50 I didn't plan on spending that day.
2. Oil dipstick didn't wanna come out. Had to bust it and replace it.
3. Fizz'd up the temp sender. Still gotta fix that.

If you unbolt the motor mounts and take the oil filter and starter off, it is a lot easier.

If they are the non AIR headers, they should be a snap. I've installed a couple sets of Headmans, and they both were very nice to install.

Removing the starter and oil filter are both great ideas. I've taken the valve covers off in the past, which gives you some extra clearance. Both side should be able to fit in from the top, with out having to unbolt the motor mounts

I am going to order the ones with the AIR hook ups because stock has them now and I don't want to screw anything up by not having them hook up into the new manifolds(headers).

How'd you EVER get those in from the top??? I can almost see it on the drivers side with a valvecover off, and maybe with all the AIR stuff gone first on the pass. side but still... eesh. But hey, If you can do it that way :hail:

My pass side:
