Flowtech Emission Legal Headers

Want to get fairly cheap headers for my 305 but have to keep it emissions legal, I seen Flowtech has a set for about 250.00 with the y-pipe.. Any, and all info on this setup would be gr8...
BTW I am running, a 3in exhaust all the way back with high-flow cat, and Vortex Hipo Muffler.

Well, i am also thinking about these headers... I've seen them coated at yearone.com for about 360 bucks or at jegs and summit for about 200 uncoated

My brother just got some of their coated headers, and are NOT emissions legal.

Got em coated. They have an 02 bung, but do NOT have AIR fittings. When I contacted Flowtech about this, they told me that these headers are 49 state legal??
