It should assuming you have the right catco and hooker exhaust parts, it should be no problem. You may have to do some welding.

It will as long as you order the parts so that they hook together. If the headers have a 3" y pipe, then get a 3" in/out cat. And if you want to save some money, order a cat with a 4 bolt flange to the I pipe, and you can order the $200 Hooker cat-back.
That system will work, but depending on emissions requirements, you may not pass emissions. I have a '90 TPI 350 and with optimum tuning and a catco cat I was only able to get my HCs down to 1.54. When I installed a Dynomax Superflo cat, my HCs went down to 0.28. I just had my cat flanged and an eliminator pipe made so that its not a restriction when I'm not doing emissions testing.
