Header Install

I know there are a million posts on this subject, I've read most of them. First, and foremost, I would like to say thanks to everyone who replied to my prior problem of taking my exhaust manifolds off.

Here's my question:
I want to install my headers and I need to know what all I will need.. I bought my Hedman Hedders used so all I have from that are the hedders and the Y-pipe (no gaskets or bolts). I also bought a copper header gasket from Jeg's.. Anyone with any extra time care to reply with a list and maybe some installation tips.. Also, my Cat is ate up with rust and had to be thrown out, anyone know a real cheap place or someone have an extra one. I want to gut it and put a pipe through it, so I don't really need a good one.

BTW: I have a 91 Formula 305 TBI

Thanks for any help or suggestions you can give..

Will

Also, one other quick question: the sensor on the passenger side head got crushed while removing the exhaust manifolds, any ideas on how to remove it and the name of it so I can buy a replacement.

Thanks,
Will

I believe that is your O2 sensor.

"...sensor on the passenger side head..." should be the radiator fan switch.
