alright i have posted about this before.. i have a gasket leak at teh collectors and i cant get rid of it no matter how tight i tightent eh bolts i still have it. i cant stand that psssst psssst sound when i hit the fun pedal.. will silicone stop this what do i need to do?? i bought new gaskets any help when i put these in what i should do? i had copper gaskets. nwo i have aluminum i think they are percy gaskets.. help please i cant stand it

 

Try this. Go down to your mega-hardware store, like Lowe's or Home Depot, and get one of those roof-mounted sewer vents. Those flanged vent pipes on top of the roof that make your toilet work like it's supposed to. They are made of sheet lead. The sheet lead is much softer than copper or aluminum and thick enough to cut a homemade gasket from.
