Any advantages to crossflow?

I was going to get a new cat-back, but I was going to buy just a muffler, and have a local speed shop build the 3" pipe. (I know one that would do it for 100 bucks, installed) I want the dual tailpipes, but should i get the regular crossflow muffler?Do the single in/our flow or sound better? Or maybe I could do a 2 on the left like the SLP...
Thanks

Single outlet sounds and flows better, but doesn't look as good, naturally.

If you want to go fast, go with the single outlet.

If you want to compromise performance and go with the 'poser duals' look, go with the crossflow.
